Peptide Appearance & Color Guide
Updated April 28, 2026
Overview:
Wondering what color your peptide should be after mixing? This guide provides the expected appearance of each peptide and combination stack after proper reconstitution. While most peptides are colorless or clear, a few have a distinct color due to their chemical structure.
If your peptide looks noticeably different than described below, contact support before using it.
Single Peptide Color Reference:
Peptide | Appearance After Reconstitution | Notes |
|---|---|---|
5-Amino-1MQ | Orange to amber | Bright orange is expected; this is due to the quinolinium backbone |
GHK-Cu | Blue | Distinct blue color from copper peptide complex |
BPC-157 | Clear | May appear slightly hazy depending on temperature |
TB-500 | Clear | Should remain colorless |
CJC-1295 (with or without DAC) | Clear | Minor foaming or bubbles are normal |
Ipamorelin | Clear | Should remain transparent |
Sermorelin | Clear | Slight haze is okay |
Semax | Clear to slightly cloudy | Minor cloudiness is acceptable |
Selank | Clear to slightly cloudy | May appear slightly milky, especially in nasal form |
Epithalon | Clear | No visible color |
Thymosin Alpha-1 | Clear | No visible color |
Thymulin | Clear | Should remain colorless |
AOD-9604 | Clear | Transparent appearance expected |
Kisspeptin-10 | Clear | No visible color |
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) | Clear | May foam slightly when shaken |
Tesamorelin | Clear | Use promptly after mixing |
GHK-Cu (Nasal) | Blue | Same as injectable; copper gives blue tone |
MOTS-c | Clear | Colorless |
5-Amino-1MQ (Nasal) | Orange | Same as injectable; orange color expected |
Peptide Stack Appearance Reference:
Stack Name | Components | Appearance | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
Wolverine Stack | BPC-157 + TB-500 | Clear | May have slight haze due to BPC |
GHK-Cu + 5-Amino-1MQ | GHK-Cu + 5-Amino-1MQ | Deep blue-green or dark teal | Combination of blue (GHK-Cu) and orange (5-Amino) |
GHK-Cu + BPC-157 | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 | Pale blue | Blue from copper is diluted by clear BPC |
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | Clear | Transparent unless improperly stored |
Sermorelin + GHRP-2 | Sermorelin + GHRP-2 | Clear | Slight haze possible |
Kisspeptin-10 + PT-141 | Kisspeptin-10 + PT-141 | Clear | No significant change in appearance |
Semax + Selank (nasal or injectable) | Semax + Selank | Clear to cloudy | Mild cloudiness expected; store chilled |
Tesamorelin + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | Tesamorelin + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | Clear | Inject immediately after mixing |
GHK-Cu + MOTS-c | GHK-Cu + MOTS-c | Light blue | May appear lighter than GHK-Cu alone |
Storage Notes:
- Reconstituted peptides should be stored in the refrigerator (2–8°C / 35–46°F).
- Discard any peptide that shows signs of cloudiness (if normally clear), discoloration, floating particles, or unusual odor.
- Do not freeze peptides unless explicitly instructed on the label.
Final Note:
If you’re unsure about how your peptide should look, or if the color seems off from what’s listed above, please reach out to our support team before using it.
