Ordering & Shipping
8 answers
What is Pantheon’s shipping policy?+
Pantheon offers fast, temperature-controlled shipping. Orders received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT ship the following business day.
Most Canadian orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment. Depending on carrier timing and location, some deliveries may take 3–5 business days.
Where does Pantheon currently ship?+
Pantheon currently ships within Canada only.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not at this time. Pantheon currently ships within Canada only.
Please make sure peptides are legal to purchase and possess in your province or territory before placing an order.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking email.
Are peptides shipped cold?+
Pantheon uses temperature-conscious shipping practices. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short shipping windows, so a normal transit period should not compromise quality.
Move dry/lyophilized vials to the freezer promptly after arrival.
My peptides arrived warm. Are they ruined?+
No. Lyophilized peptides are stable through normal short shipping windows, so a few days in transit should not ruin them.
For best stability, move dry/lyophilized vials to the freezer on arrival unless the product label or protocol says otherwise.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?+
Contact support as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has not entered processing or shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?+
Check the tracking link first. If the package appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window or shows a delivery issue, contact Pantheon support with your order number and tracking information.
We can review the shipment with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
5 answers
What is your refund or satisfaction guarantee policy?+
Pantheon offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact support within 30 days and we can refund the order.
This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a product-return program.
Do I need to return peptide products to receive satisfaction support?+
No. Pantheon does not require customers to return peptide products for satisfaction support.
We do not accept returned peptide products because returning product into Pantheon control conflicts with GMP handling standards.
What happens if an order is returned to sender?+
If a carrier returns an order to sender and we receive it unopened, Pantheon can re-ship that order.
This is the only return scenario where re-shipping the same order is appropriate.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?+
Contact Pantheon support immediately and include photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do not send peptide products back unless support gives specific instructions.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?+
Contact Pantheon support right away with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Do not return peptide products unless support gives specific instructions. Returned peptide products are not restocked.
Products & Quality

What are peptides?+
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules. They are studied for roles in areas such as tissue repair, metabolism, hormone signaling, immune function, cognition, skin health, and recovery.
Pantheon content is educational and research-oriented, and is not medical advice.
What types of peptides do you offer?+
Pantheon offers peptides and peptide cycles organized around goals such as weight management, healthy aging, muscle and performance support, libido, cognitive function, skin and tissue support, immunity, sleep, and recovery.
Are your products for research purposes only?+
Yes. Products on Pantheon Peptides are intended for research purposes only and are not medical advice.
Do peptides require a prescription to purchase?+
Pantheon products are sold for research purposes only. They are not presented as prescription medications or as medical treatment.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
Where are your peptides produced?+
Pantheon peptides are compounded and finished in our own laboratory located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Raw materials are sourced internationally. Keeping production in-house allows us to maintain oversight, consistency, and quality assurance. Every batch is tested for purity before release.
How do you ensure product quality?+
Pantheon uses GMP-aligned quality practices, traceable third-party testing, batch tracking, and transparent COA documentation.
Customers can search Certificates of Analysis by peptide or by the batch number on the vial using the Lab Results page.
How do I look up the COA for my batch?+
Find the batch number printed on your vial, then search for it on the Lab Results page.
Why are some peptides not held to a blanket 99% purity threshold?+
Not every peptide behaves the same way in lab testing. Some compounds are longer, more structurally complex, modified, mixed, or biologic in nature, which makes a blanket 99% RP-HPLC purity threshold less appropriate.
In those cases, the product is reviewed against a product-specific third-party standard instead. A lower purity percentage does not automatically mean a batch failed — the key question is whether the batch met the correct release standard for that product.
Do you test for heavy metals and endotoxins on every batch?+
Each batch is tested for purity before release. Heavy metal and endotoxin testing are performed periodically as part of broader method verification and quality assurance, rather than on every individual batch.
When those reports are available, they are included in the Lab Results database.
Storage & Handling

Why are my peptides in powder form?+
Peptides are shipped as a freeze-dried powder (also called lyophilized) to preserve purity, stability, and effectiveness.
Most injectable peptides must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before injection. Exceptions include oral products such as oral BPC-157 and MK-677.
How long do peptides last?+
Unmixed lyophilized peptides can tolerate short shipping windows at room temperature, but after arrival they should be stored in the freezer for best stability.
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be kept in the refrigerator and used within 45 days unless the product label or protocol says otherwise.
How should I store unopened peptides?+
After arrival, keep unopened dry/lyophilized peptides frozen at or below -20°C for best stability.
Avoid repeated temperature swings where possible.
How should I store peptides after reconstitution?+
Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored in the refrigerator at 2–8°C and used within 45 days unless the product label or protocol says otherwise.
Do not freeze reconstituted peptides unless the specific protocol allows it.
Can I freeze peptides?+
Yes — dry/lyophilized peptides should be kept in the freezer after arrival for best stability.
Reconstituted peptides should generally not be frozen unless a specific protocol allows it.
What is bacteriostatic water?+
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is commonly used to reconstitute multi-dose peptide vials because it helps inhibit bacterial growth.
Sterile water may be used for single-use applications, but bacteriostatic water is generally preferred for multi-dose vials.
Getting Started, Reconstitution & Use
8 answers
I’m new to peptides. Where should I start?+
Start with our beginner guide: I’m New to Peptides — Where Do I Start?
It covers safety, supplies, reconstitution, and first injections. Additional helpful resources include the reconstitution guide, injection guide, and Pantheon Starter Kit.
How do I reconstitute peptides?+
Use sterile bacteriostatic water. Wipe the vial stopper with alcohol, slowly add the recommended volume of bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial, and do not shake. Gently roll or tilt until the solution is clear.
For step-by-step instructions, use our reconstitution guide.
What supplies do I need to get started?+
Common starter supplies include bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes, reconstitution syringes, alcohol pads, and a sharps container.
Pantheon offers a Starter Kit with core supplies. Use code StarterKit25 for 25% off the first kit if that promotion is still active.
Which syringe should I use for peptide injections?+
Most peptides are injected subcutaneously. A typical choice is a 0.3–1.0 ml insulin syringe with a 29–31G needle.
Needle length depends on body type and injection method — see the detailed syringe guide for specific selection.
Where should I inject peptides?+
Most subcutaneous peptides are commonly injected into the abdomen, outer thigh, or upper-outer arm. Rotate sites to reduce irritation.
Avoid higher-risk areas such as the inside of the leg for subcutaneous peptide injections.
Can peptides be combined or stacked?+
Many peptides can be stacked because they act on different pathways, but compatibility depends on the specific peptides, timing, tolerance, and the customer’s health context.
Use our peptide library and dosing guides for educational protocol information, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or combining peptides.
How do I measure an accurate dose?+
Use the Pantheon Dosage Calculator. Enter the vial size, how much bacteriostatic water was added, and the target dose. The calculator returns syringe units on a 1 ml / 100-unit insulin syringe.
Where can I find side effect and safety information?+
Every peptide in Pantheon’s knowledge base has a Potential Side Effects section. We also maintain a peptide safety and side effects category in the help center.
This information is educational and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
