When do points leave my account?+
When you place an order, selected points are tied to that exact order so they can’t be spent twice. They stay visible as reserved while checkout is in progress. If no order is created, checkout fails, or the order is cancelled or failed, they return automatically.
Why are my total and available points different?+
Available points are what you can use right now. Your total can also include the 500-point welcome bonus before it unlocks or points currently reserved for an order.
Do points expire?+
Points expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Any earn or redemption resets the clock.
What happens if I get a refund?+
Points earned on the refunded order are clawed back automatically. Your tier reflects the corrected total.
Can I combine points with a discount code?+
Points and store credit can stack with one promo code. Multiple promo codes can’t be combined.
What if I drop below my current tier?+
We hold your tier for two calendar years after you earn it. Cycle-friendly grace — life happens.
How does the review reward work?+
Signed-in verified purchasers can earn 200 points once per product after objective moderation. Your rating or whether the review is positive or negative never affects the reward, and published rewarded reviews are clearly disclosed.
