Review Guidelines

We welcome honest favorable, unfavorable, and mixed reviews from verified purchasers. An eligible approved review earns 200 Olympus points (base value $10 at 1×). Your rating and opinion never affect eligibility, and every rewarded published review is clearly labeled.

Eligibility

• Sign in with the email used for a completed purchase.
• Review a product included in that verified purchase.
• Limit one rewarded review per customer and product.
• "Verified purchaser" means Pantheon matched the review to a completed purchase. It does not mean we independently verified product use or endorse the reviewer's opinion.

What we publish

We apply the same rules to every rating. Genuine criticism, a low rating, a product complaint, or a support/refund request is not a reason to reject a review. Support is handled separately and never requires changing or removing a review.

Objective reasons we may request changes or decline publication

• Duplicate content or a purchase that cannot be verified.
• Content unrelated to the product being reviewed.
• Spam, automation, advertising, or commercial promotion.
• Personal, order, account, or another person's information.
• Threats, harassment, hate, obscenity, or abusive language.
• Unlawful content, prohibited human-use instructions, or medical, safety, diagnostic, therapeutic, dosing, or performance claims we cannot lawfully publish.
• Copied content or a technical/integrity problem.

Moderation and points

Reviews are checked for purchase authenticity and these content rules—not sentiment. When an eligible review is approved, publishing and the one-time 200-point award happen together. If an objective issue can be corrected, your account shows the reason so you can submit an updated review. Points are not offered for changing or removing negative feedback.
