Sermorelin

Updated April 28, 2026

  • Stimulates natural growth hormone release
  • Supports lean muscle development and fat metabolism
  • Improves sleep quality and tissue recovery
  • Enhances energy, mood, and vitality

Primary Benefits:

  • Stimulates natural growth hormone release
  • Supports lean muscle development and fat metabolism
  • Improves sleep quality and tissue recovery
  • Enhances energy, mood, and vitality

Mechanism of Action:
Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary gland to increase endogenous production of growth hormone (GH), which in turn promotes anabolic processes such as protein synthesis, tissue repair, and fat metabolism. Unlike direct GH injections, Sermorelin supports the body's own natural hormone rhythms.

Dosing & Protocol
Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:

  • Reconstitution:
    • 2mg vial → 2.0 ml bacteriostatic water
    • 5mg vial → 2.5 ml bacteriostatic water
  • Daily Dose:
    • 2mg vial → 100–200 mcg (10–20 units)
    • 5mg vial → 200–400 mcg (10–20 units)
  • Cycle:
    • 5 days on / 2 days off
    • 4 to 5 weeks
  • Timing:
First thing in the morning, 2 hours after eating, or before bedtime, on an empty stomach.

Potential Side Effects:

  • Temporary irritation or redness at the injection site
  • Headache, dizziness, or fatigue (rare)
  • Mild water retention or joint stiffness
  • Rare allergic reactions

Common Stacks:

  • With Ipamorelin: For synergistic GH release, improved recovery, and deeper sleep
  • With CJC-1295 (no DAC): Enhances pulsatile GH release
  • With BPC-157 or TB-500: For tissue repair and accelerated healing

Notes:

  • Avoid food 90–120 minutes before dosing for optimal GH response
  • Store reconstituted peptide in the refrigerator and use within 45 days unless the product label or protocol says otherwise
  • Do not shake vial—gently swirl to mix
  • For best results, use consistently and combine with good sleep, training, and nutrition habits
