Referral Program Terms | Pantheon Peptides

These terms govern the Pantheon Peptides customer referral program. The customer referral program is distinct from the Pantheon Partner Program (affiliate program) and has separate terms.

1. How it works

Sign in to your Pantheon account and submit a friend's email address through the "Refer a friend" widget on your account dashboard.
Pantheon issues a single-use coupon code (formatPP-REF-XXXXX) and sends it to the friend's email.
When the friend places their first qualifying order using the code, both you (referrer) and your friend (referee) receive $25 CAD/USD in Pantheon store credit after the order ships.

2. Qualifying order

Order subtotal of at least $100 CAD/USD before shipping and taxes.
Placed within 90 days of the coupon being issued.
Successfully shipped (not refunded, cancelled, or held for fraud review).
Placed by a customer who does not already have a Pantheon account associated with the referee email at the time the code was issued.

3. Eligibility

Both parties must be 18 years of age or older.
Self-referrals are prohibited. Pantheon detects self-referrals via email match, payment method match, shipping-address match, and other heuristics.
Bulk submission, automated submission, or submission to email addresses without the recipient's consent voids the referral and may result in account suspension.
Referrals from accounts in unpaid balance, fraud-review status, or termination-pending status are not eligible.

4. Limits

One coupon per referee email address.
One qualifying order per referee — subsequent orders by the same referee do not generate additional referrer rewards.
Referral coupons cannot be combined with each other; only one promotional coupon code applies per order.
Referral coupons may stack with Olympus Points redemption and store credit.
Pantheon may, at its discretion, cap the total referral rewards issued to a single referrer in a calendar year.

5. Reward issuance and form

Rewards are issued as Pantheon store credit, subject to those terms (including the 18-month US / 24-month CA expiration).
Rewards are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and not applicable to shipping, taxes, gift cards, or previously-completed orders.
Rewards have no value before the qualifying order ships; cancellation or refund of the qualifying order forfeits the reward.

6. Referee disclosures

Referees receive an email containing the coupon code, the referrer's first-name initial (e.g. "R."), the discount amount, the minimum-order threshold, and the 90-day-window deadline. Pantheon does not share the referrer's full name, email address, or other personal information with the referee.

7. Privacy of referee email

Pantheon uses the referee email address only to send the coupon code and a single follow-up reminder before the 90-day window expires. Referee email addresses are not added to marketing lists unless the referee separately subscribes. By submitting a referee's email, you confirm that you have a personal relationship with the recipient and reasonable grounds to believe they would welcome the message.

8. Affiliate program is separate

The Pantheon Partner Program (affiliate program) is governed by separate terms, has different reward structures (15% commission vs. flat $25 credit), and is intended for content creators, influencers, and other public promoters. Customer referrals and affiliate commissions are mutually exclusive on a per-order basis: an order attributed to an affiliate cookie does not also generate a customer referral reward.

9. Fraud

Pantheon may void any referral, claw back any reward, or suspend accounts where fraud is suspected — including but not limited to self-referral, duplicate-account creation, payment-card fraud, chargeback abuse, or evasion of program limits. Fraud determinations are at Pantheon's sole discretion.

10. Compliance

Pantheon products are sold for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Referrals do not constitute endorsement of off-label use and do not modify the research-purposes-only scope of sale.

11. Modifications

Pantheon may modify the program (reward amount, qualifying-order threshold, window length, eligibility) or these terms with 30 days' notice via email or on-site banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
