Peptide Storage
Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form):
- After arrival: Store dry/lyophilized vials in the freezer at or below -20 C for best stability unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
- Long-term: Freeze at -10 to -20 °C.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Keep vials out of direct sunlight.
Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water):
- Refrigerate 2-8 °C.
- Do not freeze.
- Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
- Label vials with date and concentration.
- Minimize exposure to sunlight and prolonged time at room temperature.
- Return vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.
- Do not pre-load syringes ahead of time.
- For longer cycles, reconstitute the next vial only when you are ready to start using it.

Reconstitution (Mixing)
For easy calculating and to fit the full 8-week cycle:
- Epithalon 10 mg: Add 1.0 ml BAC Water.
- MOTS-c 10 mg: Add 1.0 ml BAC Water.
- Thymulin 10 mg: Add 2.0 ml BAC Water.
Gently swirl or roll. Do not shake.
Injection (Daily Dosing)
Timing:
- Take Epithalon in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food, every third day for the first 15 days only (5 total doses).
- Take MOTS-c twice weekly in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food.
(e.g. Mondays and Thursdays) - Take Thymulin Monday to Friday mornings on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food.
Injection Method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
Syringe: Insulin type (1 ml, 30-31 G, 6-8 mm).
Frequency:
- Epithalon is front-loaded: use 1 full vial per dose every 3 days for 15 days.
- MOTS-c is taken twice weekly for all 8 weeks.
- Thymulin is taken Monday to Friday for all 8 weeks.
Dosage:
- Epithalon: 100 units (10 mg) every 3 days for 15 days (5 total doses)
- MOTS-c: 12.5 units (1.25 mg) twice weekly for 8 weeks
- Thymulin: 15 units (750 mcg) Monday to Friday for 8 weeks
Cycle length: 8 weeks
Peptide Intake Overview
- Epithalon: 10 mg × 5 doses = 50 mg. Uses all 50 mg.
- MOTS-c: 2.5 mg × 8 doses = 20 mg. Uses all 20 mg.
- Thymulin: 750 mcg × 40 doses = 30,000 mcg (30 mg). Uses all 30 mg.

Inject Safely
Preferred sites:
(Subcutaneous)
- Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel.
- Outer thigh.
- Upper-outer arm.
- (Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site).
Quick steps:
- Clean the vial top and location of injection with alcohol pad.
- Draw the dose into the syringe.
- Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection.
- Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ).
- Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 sec.
- Dispose syringe in sharps container.
Notes
- If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up.
- Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep.
- Keep everything labeled and store safely.
- Minimize sunlight exposure and avoid leaving reconstituted vials out at room temperature longer than needed for dosing.
- Return reconstituted vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.
- Because this is an 8-week cycle, reconstitute the next vial only when you are ready to begin using it.
- Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing).
- Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)
Small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea, fatigue, or headache.
Peptide Measurement Guide
mg: Stands for milligram and is used to measure the total amount of peptide in a vial.
mcg: Stands for microgram and is used to measure an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg).
ml: Stands for milliliter, and is used to measure the volume of BAC water for reconstitution.
unit: A syringe measurement used to determine the dose of reconstituted peptides (1 ml = 100 units in a standard insulin syringe).
