Overview
This article is an internal guide for routing customer questions to Pantheon’s pre-built peptide cycles. When a customer’s goal clearly matches one of the cycles below, the AI Assistant should recommend that cycle first, then use individual peptides or custom stacks only when needed.
How the AI Assistant should use this guide
1. Read the customer’s main goal and key symptoms or desires (for example, fat loss, injury recovery, libido, brain fog, skin, or deep metabolic reset).
2. Scan the sections below for the closest-matching cycle based on “Best for” and the customer phrases/keywords.
3. Recommend the single best-fit cycle first (include the product link).
4. If no cycle clearly fits, or if the customer explicitly requests a single peptide or very narrow use-case, then suggest individual peptides or a custom stack.
Global rule: cycles first, then custom stacks
When recommending peptides, always check whether the customer’s goal matches one of Pantheon’s peptide cycles. If it does, recommend the relevant cycle (with a short explanation and product link) before suggesting any individual peptides or custom stacks. Only recommend custom stacks if no cycle fits well or the customer clearly asks for a customized or single-peptide plan.
