Peptide Storage
Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form):
• After arrival: Store dry/lyophilized vials in the freezer at or below -20 C for best stability unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
• Keep vials tightly capped, dry, dark, and protected from moisture.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water):
• Refrigerate 2–8 °C.
• Do not freeze.
• Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
• Label vials with date and concentration.

Reconstitution (Mixing)
For easy calculating and to fit the full 6-week cycle:
• GHK-Cu 50 mg: Add 3.0 ml BAC Water.
• BPC-157 5 mg: Add 2.5 ml BAC Water.
• TB-500 5 mg: Add 2.5 ml BAC Water.
Gently swirl or roll. Do not shake.
Injection (Daily Dosing)
Timing: Inject once each morning on an empty stomach at least 30 min before food.
Frequency:
• Take BPC-157, and TB-500, together Monday to Friday mornings, on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food.
• Take GHK-CU on its own Monday to Friday evenings, 2 hours after your last meal, just before bed.
• Weekends off for all peptides.
Injection Method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
Syringe: Insulin type (1 ml, 30–31 G, 6–8 mm).
Mornings
Combine in the same syringe on Monday to Friday
(Draw from each vial into one syringe)
• BPC-157: 25 units (500 mcg)
• TB-500: 15 units (300 mcg)
Total each weekday: 40 units.
Evenings
Take on its own Monday to Friday
(Draw GHK-CU in a separate syringe from other peptides)
• GHK-Cu: 8 units (1,333 mcg)
Cycle length: 6 weeks
• All peptides: 5 days on / 2 days off (Mon to Fri only).
Peptide Intake Overview
• GHK-Cu: 1,300 mcg × 30 days = 39,000 mcg (39 mg).
Tip for small remainder: in weeks 4, 5, and 6, raise GHK-Cu to 1,500 mcg (9 units) on Mon, Wed, & Fri to land near 45–48 mg total.
• BPC-157: 500 mcg × 30 weekdays = 15,000 mcg (15 mg). Uses all 15 mg.
• TB-500: 300 mcg × 30 weekdays = 9,000 mcg (9 mg).
Tip for small remainder: in weeks 4, 5, and 6, raise TB-500 to 400 mcg (20 units) on Mon, Wed, & Fri to land near 10 mg total.

Inject Safely
Preferred sites:
(Subcutaneous)
• Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel.
• Outer thigh.
• Upper-outer arm.
( Rotate 1 to 2cm from last site).
Quick steps:
1. Clean the vial top and location of injection with alcohol pad.
2. Draw dose(s) into syringe.
3. Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection.
4. Inject slowly at a 45°angle just under the skin (SQ).
5. Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 sec.
6. Dispose syringe in sharps container.
Notes
• Preferred sites: In the fatty part of the abdomen
(at least 5cm from navel), outer thigh, or upper-outer arm.
• Rotate injection site (1 to 2 cm).
• Wipe skin and let alcohol dry before injection.
• If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up.
• Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep.
• Keep everything labeled and store safely.
• Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing).
• Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)
Small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea or fatigue.
Zinc Supplement Recommendations
It is recommended to take zinc with GHK-Cu to support proper copper absorption, prevent buildup, and reduce possible redness or soreness at the injection site. Ensure the zinc supplement does not contain copper.
Peptide Measurement Guide
mg: Stands for milligram and used to measure the total amount of peptide in a vial.
mcg: Stands for microgram and used to measure an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
ml: Stands for milliliter, and is used to measure the volume of BAC water for reconstitution.
unit: A syringe measurement used to determine the daily dose of reconstituted peptides (1ml = 100 units in a standard insulin syringe).
