Thymulin
Updated April 28, 2026
Primary Benefits:
- Strengthens immune system and improves immune resilience
- Reduces systemic inflammation and supports tissue healing
- Aids in hormonal balance and endocrine system regulation
- May help modulate autoimmune activity
- Supports recovery from illness or chronic immune dysregulation
Mechanism of Action:
Thymulin is a nonapeptide naturally secreted by the thymus gland, crucial for immune cell maturation and immune response modulation. It interacts with T-cell activity and has neuroendocrine effects, helping to balance the hypothalamic-pituitary axis. It is being studied for its ability to reduce inflammatory cytokines and help regulate hormonal rhythms, particularly in autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions.
