Kisspeptin
Updated April 28, 2026
Primary Benefits:
- Stimulates natural production of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)
- Supports natural testosterone synthesis
- May improve fertility in both men and women
- Helps restore HPTA (hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis) function
- Potential role in treating hypogonadism without suppression
Mechanism of Action:
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic form of a naturally occurring peptide that binds to the GPR54 receptor in the hypothalamus. This interaction stimulates the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which in turn triggers the pituitary to secrete LH and FSH. These hormones are essential for testosterone production and reproductive function, making Kisspeptin-10 a promising tool for fertility, hormone restoration, and post-cycle therapy (PCT) applications.
