Store Credit and Your Account

Where your store credit shows

Sign in and open Account → Store credit. The page shows your balance and the amount available now, and the account overview tile reads "Auto-applies."

How it applies at checkout

When you are signed in, store credit applies automatically. The "Apply your balance" section at checkout shows store credit switched on, and the order summary shows a store credit deduction line before you place the order. To save your credit for a later order, switch it off in that section before you pay.

Signed in only

Store credit is only usable when you are signed in to your Pantheon account at checkout. Guest checkout never sees the balance, so if your credit seems to be missing, sign in first and return to the cart.

Signing in

Signing in uses an email link sent from the account page. There is no password unless you choose to set one once you are signed in, and the email link is also the reset.

Expiry

Store credit expires 24 months after it is issued.

Promo codes and points

Store credit stacks with one promo code on the same order, and with your Olympus points. Promo codes do not combine with each other.
