Important Notes
Keep these in mind for the entire cycle.
- Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep habits.
- Common mild side effects include small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea or fatigue.
- If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double the dose.
- Do not inject into skin that is irritated, bruised, swollen, or scarred.
- Consult a medical professional before combining peptides with other medications.
- Avoid alcohol and cannabis, as they will reduce the effects of the peptides.
- Stop use and seek medical care for spreading redness or warmth, fever, pus, severe swelling, red streaks, hives, facial swelling, or difficulty breathing.
- Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Peptide Storage
Proper storage preserves peptide stability and potency. Protocols differ between lyophilized and reconstituted peptides.
Up to 6 months
- Store in the refrigerator at 2 to 8°C for up to 6 months.
- Keep vials upright in the original plastic container.
Up to 2 years
- Store in the freezer at −20°C or colder for up to 2 years.
- Keep vials upright in the original plastic container.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Storing Reconstituted Peptides
Once mixed with BAC water, the rules change — refrigerate, never freeze, and track the date.
- Refrigerate at 2 to 8°C.
- Keep vials upright in the original plastic container.
- Use within 30 to 45 days, as potency decreases over time.
- Record the date of reconstitution.
- Store reconstituted peptides near the front of the fridge to prevent accidental freezing, which can cause separation of the 1% alcohol from the sterile water.
- Do not freeze.
- Do not leave at room temperature for more than 1 hour.
- Tip: write the reconstitution date on the vial label the moment you mix it.
Reconstitution
Always reconstitute peptides with bacteriostatic water to maintain stability and sterility. For optimal results, allow the lyophilized peptides and BAC water to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before reconstitution.

How to Reconstitute
Four steps, in order. Take your time — slow and gentle protects the peptide.

Preparation and Sanitation
- Wash your hands and clean your work surface.
- Remove the cap.
- 2
Vent the Peptide Vial
- Insert the vent tip at an angle along the rubber seal to release air and prevent pressure buildup while injecting BAC water.
- 3
Draw BAC Water into the Syringe
- Insert the reconstitution syringe into the center of the BAC water vial rubber seal.
- Invert the vial and withdraw the required volume of BAC water.

Inject BAC Water into the Peptide Vial
- Insert the syringe with BAC water into the center of the peptide vial rubber seal.
- Slowly introduce the BAC water into the peptide vial, directing it along the inside wall.
- Gently swirl the vial at a 45° angle for 1 minute, then let it sit upright for 10 min to fully dissolve the lyophilized powder. Repeat if necessary.
Dosage
Dosage is the complete peptide administration plan, including dose, timing, frequency, and cycle length. Proper dosage ensures safe and consistent results. Always refer to your dosing guide.

Measurement Guide
A simple guide to dosage and syringe measurements.

- Milligram. Measures peptide amount in a vial.
- mcg
- Microgram. Measures a daily dose. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.
- mL
- Milliliter. Measures the volume of BAC water.
- unit
- A syringe dose measurement. 1 mL = 100 units.
Injection
Peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection. Proper technique ensures safe and effective delivery.
- Injection method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
- Syringe: Insulin-type (1 mL, 30–31G, 6–8 mm).
- Preferred sites: Abdomen (at least 5 cm from the navel), outer thigh, or back of the upper arm.
- Rotate injection sites to prevent irritation.

How to Inject
Eight steps, every time.
- 1Clean the work surface and wash your hands.
- 2Disinfect the vial top with an alcohol pad.
- 3Draw the required dose into the syringe.
- 4Disinfect the injection site with an alcohol pad.
- 5Pinch and lift the skin at the injection site.
- 6Inject slowly just under the skin (SQ) at a 45° angle.
- 7Apply gentle pressure with an alcohol pad for 30 sec.
- 8Dispose of the used syringe in a sharps container.
