REVIVE+
8-Week Cycle Dosing Guide
Extended Energy, Recovery & Inflammation Support
This guide provides a concise overview of the protocol. A comprehensive printed dosing guide is included with every cycle order.
Benefits of the Revive+ Cycle
An overview of the primary benefits and intended outcomes of the protocol.
- Sustained daily energy without stimulant crashes
- Deeper mitochondrial adaptation from the extended 8-week runway
- Support for a healthy inflammatory response
- Faster, cleaner recovery after training and demanding weeks
- Antioxidant and redox support through the full cycle
- Gut and skin barrier-tissue support
- An energy baseline built to outlast the cycle

Peptide Storage
Proper storage helps preserve peptide stability, potency, and product integrity. Storage requirements differ between freeze-dried and reconstituted peptides.
Powder (unmixed)
- Short-term: Fridge (2–8 °C).
- Long-term: Freezer (−10 to −20 °C).
- Don't freeze, then thaw, then re-freeze.
Mixed (after BAC water)
- Fridge only — never freeze.
- Use within 45 days.
- Label the vial with the date you mixed it.
Reconstitution
Always reconstitute peptides with bacteriostatic water to help preserve stability and maintain sterility.
- MOTS-c (10 mg):Add 1 mL of BAC water
- KPV (10 mg):Add 2 mL of BAC water
- NAD+ (500 mg):Add 4 mL of BAC water
- L-Glutathione (500 mg):Add 4 mL of BAC water
Dosage Information
The recommended amount of each peptide to administer.
- MOTS-c10 units(1 mg)
- KPV10 units(500 mcg)
- NAD+40 units(50 mg)
- L-Glutathione40 units(50 mg)
Administration Schedule
The recommended timing and frequency for each peptide.
- Timing
In the morning on an empty stomach, 30 min before food.
- Frequency
- Day 1 MOTS-c + KPV: draw both into one syringe — MOTS-c 10 units (1 mg) + KPV 10 units (500 mcg). Total: 20 units.
- Day 2 NAD+: 40 units (50 mg).
- Day 3 L-Glutathione: 40 units (50 mg).
Repeat until the 60-day cycle is complete.
Total Peptide Intake
Peptides used throughout the cycle.
- MOTS-c: 1 mg × 20 doses = 20 mg.
- NAD+: 50 mg × 20 doses = 1,000 mg.
- L-Glutathione: 50 mg × 20 doses = 1,000 mg.
- KPV: 500 mcg × 20 doses = 10 mg.
Recommended Injection Sites
Guidance on subcutaneous injection sites and proper site rotation.
- Injection method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
- Syringe: Insulin type (1 mL, 30–31G, 6–8 mm).
- Preferred sites: Abdomen (at least 5 cm from the navel), outer thigh, or back of the upper arm.
- Rotate injection sites to prevent irritation.
- Do not inject into skin that is irritated, bruised, swollen, scarred, or damaged.
Subcutaneous Injection Instructions
Proper technique helps ensure safe and effective administration.
- 1Clean the work surface and wash your hands.
- 2Disinfect the vial top with an alcohol pad.
- 3Draw the required dose into the syringe.
- 4Disinfect the injection site with an alcohol pad.
- 5Pinch and lift the skin at the injection site.
- 6Inject slowly just under the skin (SQ) at a 45° angle.
- 7Apply gentle pressure with an alcohol pad for 30 sec.
- 8Dispose of the used syringe in a sharps container.
Important Information
General guidance to review before beginning the cycle.
- If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double the dose.
- Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep habits.
- Common mild side effects include a small bruise, brief redness or itch at the site, occasional nausea or fatigue.
- Stop use and seek medical care for severe swelling, spreading redness or warmth, fever, pus, red streaks, hives, facial swelling, or difficulty breathing.
- Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Measurement Reference
A simple guide to dosage and syringe measurements.
- mg
- Milligram. Measures peptide amount in a vial.
- mcg
- Microgram. Measures a daily dose. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.
- mL
- Milliliter. Measures the volume of BAC water.
- unit
- A syringe dose measurement. 1 mL = 100 units.
